Zenith Quality Services Ltd. (ZQS) provides international companies with professional support in their daily business operations, focusing on secretarial services, customer reception, and phone management.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for various small and medium-sized companies and industries.
You will greet callers of our customers in a friendly and competent manner, take call back requests or transfer calls, schedule, and coordinate appointments, take orders, and forward information.
Your qualifications:
- You write and speak fluent German at a native speaker level.
- You have good written and spoken English skills.
- You are living in Albania, Greece, or Türkiye (and have work permit), or are about to move there.
- You possess excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful nature.
- You can adapt to different work processes and are proficient in handling a PC.
- You have a functioning broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection).
- You have an internet speed of at least 25Mbit/s download or faster and 5 Mbit/s upload.
- You have a direct connection between your computer and the network router via LAN cable.
- You have a lockable separate room where you can work undisturbed.
Additional technical requirements working remotely from Albania and Türkiye:
- Own PC with Windows Operating System (Windows 10 or 11) or Mac Operating System (Big Sur/Monterey/Ventura)
- A monitor (minimum 24'') with 1080p resolution
- Keyboard
- Mouse
- Headset
